Conveyancing is not free if the sale is unsuccessful, or if the property is sold via an agent who was not nominated or referred to you by salesandleasing.com.au.

The offer covers the conveyancing service fee only. Government charges, statutory search fees, registration fees and stamp duty are set by third parties, are not included in the offer, and remain payable by you. These are passed on at cost and are never marked up.
