Whether you are looking to sell or lease
The address of the property
Your name
Your mobile number
Your email address

We also collect any other information you choose to give us in correspondence, and basic technical information your browser sends when you visit the site (such as pages viewed and approximate location derived from your IP address).

We do not ask for, and do not want, sensitive information such as health, financial-account or government identifier details through this website.

If you do not provide this information, we may not be able to match you with an agent.

4. Who we share it with

Agents and agencies. When we shortlist agents for you, we share your enquiry details with them so they can contact you. Those agencies are independent businesses and handle your information under their own privacy policies.

Service providers. We use third party providers to run this website, store enquiry records and send email notifications. They may process data on servers located outside Australia, and we take reasonable steps to ensure they handle your information consistently with this policy.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not accept payment from agents to appear on a shortlist.

5. Marketing

We may send you occasional emails about our guides or service. Every marketing message includes an unsubscribe link, and you can opt out at any time by emailing us. Transactional messages about an enquiry you have made are not marketing.

6. Cookies and analytics

The site uses cookies and similar technologies that are necessary for it to function, and may use analytics to understand aggregate usage such as which pages are read most. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, though parts of the site may not work as intended.

We keep enquiry records for as long as needed for the purposes above and to meet legal obligations, after which they are deleted or de-identified. You can ask us to delete your details sooner.
